The purpose of the Mayor Curtis Transition Team is to assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing an effective and seamless transition process from the previous administration to Mayor Curtis.
Work Plan
-Continue outreach through public meetings or “Public Listening Sessions” with key constituencies.
-Identify barriers and suggest procedures to address them.
-Recognize common transition problems applicable to all constituencies.
-Continue building strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the city.
